Our Fees
DAILY FEES
We aim to keep our daily fees as low as possible, however to maintain a high quality service and a wonderful staff team we do need to charge fees.
You may choose to apply for Start Strong Fee Relief here. If you are using another early childhood service you will only be able to apply for this Fee Relief at one service.
Fees will be invoiced at the beginning of each school term and are payable in full by Week 5 of each term
ADMINISTRATION FEE
On acceptance of a place, a non refundable Administration fee is payable.
$75
If you have a Health Care Card, a child with a disability or are from an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background.
$100
All other 3-5 year olds
$130

This fee includes:
A Preschool t shirt
A Wet Bag
Starting Preschool story book to read with your child
PLEASE NOTE: Alstonville Community Preschool, is an Incorporated Association and all parents/guardians are legally required to become members of the preschool, enabling them to vote on important matters at the Annual General Meeting. This small fee is included in your annual Administration Fee.
OTHER FEES
Late Fee – for families who are consistently late picking up their child. $25 per 15 minutes after 4.00pm
There may be occasional charges to cover the cost of incursions/excursions from preschool in Terms 2 and 3.
PLEASE NOTE: Fees are still payable on Public Holidays, Pupil free days in term time, and when your child is sick or absent on holidays.
