Our Team
Alstonville Community Preschool employs highly experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teachers and educators to design and deliver the educational programs of learning here. We are committed to providing higher educator:child ratios than required for each group, ensuring time for the development of strong relationships with each child.
Our staff team is a very cohesive and committed group of early childhood trained professionals dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence in early childhood education. We value the skills and experiences of all of our staff, and encourage them to use these in program development with the children ie cooking, slow stitching, gardening, instruments, wildlife care etc
Our staff are supported by time and budgeting for ongoing professional development, team collaboration, planning and reflection.
